How It Works

2. Complete the 40 questions of the Health Profile
3. On completion of the survey you will pay $10 and receive one HDDAO NFT and 2 HDDAO Tokens. Payment is used to authenticate your identity.

To hold your tokens you need a digital wallet. Obtain an Ethereum Wallet

Compensation

For your HDDAO NFT, once a year you will receive 20% of the gross income of HealthDataDAO divided by the number of HDDAO NFT's. For a payment to be issued, amount must equal or exceed $20.00.

For your HDDAO investment Token, once a year you will receive 25% of the after-tax income of HealthDataDAO divided by the number of HealthDataDAO Token holders. For a payment to be issued, amount must equal or exceed $20.00.
